This weekend our friends Jenny, Norbert and their daughter Nadia came up and we went to Stuckey's Orchard to "pick" pumpkins with our kids. Caleb just loved all the "balls" that were on the ground. He tried picking them up, banging on them and even using them to sit on. He was SO pleased when we brought one home. While we were there he also found a few "ah-pples" lying on the ground under the trees. He carried around an especially dirty and rotten one for a while before taking a big bite out of it (yuck). Chris says it's a good thing that I've eased up about dirt and germs. You just can't keep them clean at this age!
