A week or so before we had Aidan we tried to get Caleb to give up the bottle since he was now 1 year old. He was doing really well switching over to milk and drinking from a sippy. But then came baby. After Aidan came home he regressed a bit. We've finally got him back drinking milk again but he refuses to give up the bottle. We've only just recently gotten him to hold the bottle on his own! He just really enjoys the snuggle time and attention (and I do too). This has to be a huge transition for him to have our attention taken up by this newcomer! I also got Caleb a baby of his very own so that he could hold his baby while mommy held baby Aidan. He carried it around for days saying "baby" and giving it kisses. Too cute!
