This is a self-portrait that Chris and I took as we left to go out on our 2nd date since November! We wanted to document this occasion in case it NEVER happened again. It has been really difficult for Chris and I to carve out time for ourselves.
We went to a lovely early dinner at Kincaid's (I had a coupon- I know, I'm such a dork) and found ourselves at 7pm with no other plans. We couldn't go back home because we didn't want to waste this precious time with Renee watching the kids. So, we racked our brains trying to figure out what to do. We contemplated making out behind Love furniture in Zionsville like back in the day, but we settled on a latte at Barnes and Noble. We are SO OLD! Oh well, it was fun.
